By using remakethetrend.com ("the site", "we") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You can use the site without an account: your first photo opens a private guest space on your browser, and the email you pay with is kept with it. You can sign in with Google or with your email address; keep access to that email address, because it is how you get back into your account.

What the service does

You pick a trend and upload a photo. An AI image model puts the person in your photo into the trend and shows you a free preview still, which you may change a few times (the outfit, and a short note of up to 120 letters and numbers that goes inside our own description). When you buy the video, an AI video model (ByteDance Seedance and Kuaishou Kling models, through our API providers) makes a 10-second video from that still and delivers it to your account. On real-clip trends the video model follows the moves of a short public clip and keeps its sound. Videos are created by AI and may contain mistakes or artifacts.

Photos you may upload

You confirm you have the right to use every photo you upload, and we record when you confirmed it.

Credits

Videos use credits: the generator shows how many before you start, based on the length, quality and options you pick. Credits are taken when a video starts and returned automatically if it fails. Credit packs: ⁠$6.99⁠ for 40 credits, ⁠$14.99⁠ for 120 credits. Credits never expire, have no cash value, can't be transferred except with a gift link, and are lost if you delete your account.

Buying just one video

When you don't have enough credits for a video you can pay for exactly that video, or for a pack that starts it. The payment adds the credits and starts the video from your preview.

Subscriptions

Plans: 120 credits a month for ⁠$19.99⁠ a month, or 1440 credits a year for ⁠$199⁠ a year. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and adds its credits each time it is paid. You can cancel any time from My videos; it then ends at the end of the period you paid for, and you keep your credits.

Gifts

You can turn at least 5 of your credits into a gift link, or buy a pack as a gift. Anyone signed in who opens the link first gets the credits. Until it is claimed you can take it back. Keep links private: we can't return credits claimed by someone you shared the link with.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars and are the final price; buyers in the euro area see and pay the same figures in euros; checkout may also offer your local currency at Stripe's exchange rate. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement as TURNPHOTOINTOVIDEO.COM; Stripe emails a receipt. Plans renew until you cancel them on My videos. Refunds are described in the refund policy.

Content rules

You may not use the service to create sexual or NSFW content, violent or gory content, hate speech, anything that sexualises or endangers children, deepfakes that impersonate or mislead, or content that infringes someone else's rights. The full list, how we check uploads and how to report a video is in our acceptable use policy, which is part of these terms.

AI-generated content

Every video is generated by AI and is not a real recording. When you share a video, label it as AI-generated where the platform asks for it.

Your videos

You may use the videos you generate for personal and social media use, not for advertising or resale. Videos from real-clip trends follow the moves of a public clip by another creator and keep its sound: credit the original creator when you post, as the trend's page does. Sounds and clips stay their owners' property, and you are responsible for using them within the platform's rules.

No affiliation

The site is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, ByteDance, Google, Kuaishou or the creators of the trends and clips shown. Trend names describe the video we make. Creators can have their clip removed on the takedown page.

If you break these terms

We may block videos, delete the photos and videos concerned, and close the account. You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use and share the videos, and you agree to cover any claims, losses or costs that third parties bring against us because of that use.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; see the disclaimer. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes

We may update these terms and prices. The date at the top shows the latest version; prices you already paid don't change, and a change to a subscription's price applies from its next renewal after we tell you.
